I'm watching tonight's Arashi ni Shiyagare, though just Jun's part with Angelina Jolie...when I got super excited.
The last time I got so excited was during the Mannequin 5 SP on HnA #88, where Arashi visited Gotemba Outlet Mall, a place where I had visited just a few months before...
And now, this.
And I want to ask, since when did "Oh, you're sweet. You as well, I wanted to meet you." translate to the following? lol
"You're sweet. You're good at English too. I wanted to meet you."
I was quite surprised when Angelina Jolie managed to spot Jun in the album cover within seconds. I mean, she most probably didn't even know much of Jun beforehand ne. Very observant.
I hate saying this, but I doubt she'll listen to the cd much. Firstly, there's the language barrier. Secondly, I wonder if the music style (especially the earlier years) suit her. And where did Jun manage to get a LE from!??!!? Anyway, it'll be cool if she/her children turn into Arashi fans. LOL.

I just watched that segment too... i think i was more nervous than Jun! XD I somehow suffer inside when japanese celebrities meet american ones... dunno why XD But she was very kind, and he was tooo cute trying to speak English (and he was good beside words choice XD)!
Somehow the thought of Angie possessing an Arashi album makes me laugh XDD I doubt she will even open it but well... who knows XD

I watched the segment a few seconds ago and I liked it. I was only disappointed that Jun didn´t talk all the time in English, but I little understand that with big star you need very good English... But I loved when he had speech in English during Kakushi Toride screening in the USA. I think Jun´s english is good, therefore I hoped he would use this language more...but never mind. ^^

I was quite happy when he managed to read the English on the board in the studio...the "I'm excited to see you, my dream has come true" or sth. His oral English is not bad ne.

I agree, I was happy too. :) I only wished to see him talk in English more... :) For example he could say 'you are beautiful' and not use 'kirei'. ;)

The movie? It's just airing in the cinemas, so no subs yet! Maybe in a month it'll be out. Subs for c-movies are usually fast. Go watch it, really, it's very very touching. But not melodramatic. And it's Jet Li (personal bias lol).

I was "freaking out" while watching that interview. But he did great and Angelina Jolie was so sweet.
Maybe they will listen to it. When Angelina was in Korea, she said that her kids like Rain. so it's possible. :)
